At Burnside360, we know that not every situation is perfect when getting your items. Item doesn't fit? Damaged during shipping? See below for the answers to (most) of your questions!

Returns
Our return policy kicks in 30 days from whenever you receive your item. If something isn't right, let us know at production@scopeimp.com

A customer care representative will be happy to address your issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Generally an order email will suffice.

You're required to send the item back to us before we can process your refund.

We offer free returns for our customers who order items within the domestic United States. If you're an international customer, you will be responsible for your return shipment.

Please write your order # on the box so we can see it clearly and process your refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
We're sorry, but due to the way our inventory works / how it can fluctuate so much, we don't offer exchanges. If your sizing isn't correct, it's much quicker for you to order the new item and then return the old back for credit.

Help! I haven't gotten my refund yet! Or--an item I ordered hasn't been sent to me, but I still got charged for it!

This is getting into boring, nitty gritty details, but hopefully we'll explain as best as we can.

We have a two step process when taking payment from you. When you order your items, we "authorize" your card for the full purchase amount. This is basically a handshake with your card / bank to say "Hey, is everything good here? Cool!". We aren't actually charging you at this time. We just want to make sure this is a legitimate purchase.

Only when an item is fulfilled and is making its way to your doorstep will an payment be "captured". The original authorization charge will fall off your bank account within a few days, depending on how quick your bank reacts to it.

The same situation applies if you only had part of your order shipped. We can't void line items when shipping to you; however, the authorization charge will fall off your account once we fulfill your order for what we sent out. This is why you may see a different amount in charges vs what you saw when you ordered.
